Pupils are required to be in school for 190 days per school year. Up to five pupil closure days may be taken at any time in the school year to be determined by the Principal with approval from the Local Governing Body. |

Reception Baseline Assessments are conducted during the first 6 weeks of the school year.
KS2 SATs Week will be held in the week commencing 10th May 2027. The whole school will be taking tests during this period.
Phonics Screening for Year 1 & Year 2 takes place from the 14th June 2027. Multiplication tables check for Year 4 takes place from 14th June 2027.
It is very important that all children attend school during these periods of time.
DfE Guidelines mean that NO holiday requests will be authorised by school unless there are exceptional circumstances. When a pupil has at least 10 sessions of unauthorised absences from school within 10 weeks of term time, we must notify the Local Authority and this may result in the issuing of a Penalty Notice fine of £160.00 per child, per parent, reduced to £80 if paid within 21 days
